1. Hateful conduct: You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease.
2. Violence: We remove language that incites or facilitates serious violence. We remove content, disable accounts when we believe that there is a genuine risk of physical harm or direct threats to public safety. You may not threaten violence against an individual or a group of people. We also prohibit the glorification of violence.
3. Abuse/harassment: You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. This includes wishing or hoping that someone experiences physical harm.
4. Suicide or self-harm: You may not promote or encourage suicide or self-harm. The safety of the people who use our app is one of our major concerns. We remove any content that encourages suicide or self-injury; content such as jam, caption, comment or hashtag.
5. Authenticity: We do not allow the use of Jamselect’s services in a manner intended to artificially amplify or suppress information or engage in behavior that manipulates or disrupts people’s experience on Jamselect.
6. Impersonation: You may not impersonate individuals, groups, or organizations in a manner that is intended to or does mislead, confuse, or deceive others.
7. User Requests: We respect

• User requests for removal of their own account.
• Requests for removal of a deceased user's account from a verified immediate family member or executor.
• Requests for removal of an incapacitated user's account from an authorised representative.
